Shipping & Returns
Our stock products will be shipped by recorded delivery to you within 2-5 working days of your order.
Special orders we approximate at 7-10 working days for delivery to you, but in unusual circumstances where supplier may have given us incorrect availability this may be longer.
Unfortunately for Oakley prescription glasses we approximate delivery at 2 weeks at a minimum, but usually delivery is under this timescale.
When shopping with us you can always change your mind. You can return your item within 28 days of purchase.
All you will be responsible for is paying for shipping the item. If you would like to make a return please contact us to arrange this.
We understand that your sunglasses may get damaged due to the nature of the use they are designed for, however all our products are totally new and undamaged when they are shipped to you, so unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of damaged items.
Returns are accepted for repairs if needed, if under warranty or guarantee. All you will be responsible for is paying for shipping the item.
